i hate that i've just got a second complaint...for txting on the floor.
1. i NEVER txt whilst im serving a customer. ever.
2. yea, i txt while im on the floor...but so does everyone else.
3. im ashamed of this because i know i can do better.
4. dont have the decency to email out about this saying that it needs to be stopped. you should be training your staff correctly; your managers should be RUNNING the shift, not sitting in the office on facebook or sitting nextdoor chatting with friends. not to mention, you guys are the role models, im just following you.
